I like living in Glen park, they offer a variety of floor plans to choose from. It's very spacious and well maintained. I like that they have a trash valet service, which is very convenient. And I really like the location, it's close to major freeways and highways.

Generally living at Glen Park is very nice. Everything is well taken care of. There are only three major problems: 1) the computers in the business center have not been working for several months (I think they just replaced them yesterday); 2) The pump that heats the pool and the jacuzzi needs to be replaced; 3) The gym is not controlled so anyone in the neighborhood can come in and steal or destroy the equipment.

It's a great place! I feel very much at home here. We have wonderful neighbors and services are great as the office find ways to improve our living conditions.

I love the spacious apartments and the kind office staff. You always feel welcomed and appreciated when you go to the office.

They have good home layout options. They have two pools. Nice staff.

My roommate and I only just moved in this weekend but I love it already! Our floorplan is so big! And i really feel like we are getting alot for our money! Kathleen is the absolute best! So helpful, personable and really just wanted to help us find a great home! :)

I enjoy living on this property. It is well maintenance, freeway close by, and convenient shopping.

The staff is very friendly and accessible. The grounds and facilities are immaculate. However, I have maintenance issues at my place that haven't been addressed in the two weeks that I've been here and there are some potholes that could use filling and just a little paint peeling fromt he sides of the buildings. Other than that, I actually do recommend Glen Park to people who tell me that they are looking for a place.

We really like living here because we got the floor plan we wanted at a great price, and the layout is great. There's always easy places to park. The amenities are great. Maintenance is quick to respond. Office staff is friendly. Great place!

It is nosy because of the road and it is a big apartment so there is a lot of traffic, but if noise does not bother you this is a great place. There are police that patrol and I see them coming through so that is nice. The rooms are huge, and the living space is decent. I like having the larger rooms so the kids not only have enough room for their bed but they have enough room to play.

It's quiet, spacious and is a great space for families. It doesn't have a play area on the premises so it forces you to get into your surroundings (i.e. the trails, Aquatic Center, etc) which is a pretty good thing!

Spacious apartments at a decent price. Some problems with fixtures i.e. floor liners, outlets and appliances but overall a comfortable living environment. I have yet to be able to use the tanning bed or pools.

My overall opinon of your community is well above average, but as with all apartment complexes there is always room for a lilttle improvement. Since we moved here in July the outdoor parking lot lighting has not been functional and some parking stalls have individual lights, ours do not. There have been several incidents where tenants have used our backyard to cut to the bus stop on 348th which is not a problem, but there have been times where tenants have scared the everloving bejesus out of one of my family members coming out of the parking stall or even the front door. This is a very nice and convenient apartment complex. I appreciate being able to use the cabana for my baby shower. I also like using the fitness center to keep in shape!
